RENO -- The Reno Aces return home Monday night to kick-off an eight-game homestand that will feature fireworks, a jersey giveaway, beer specials, $1 ribs and nachos and a Cinco de Mayo Celebration, the club announced today. First pitch is slated for 6:35 p.m. the first six games, with 1:05 p.m. starts May 6 and 7.

Monday night’s game against the Las Vegas 51s will feature $1 ribs, while supplies last, for Om-Nom-Nomdays. The Aces will also begin their partnership with the Flip the Script anti-bullying campaign.

Tuesday offers another great deal, through which fans can purchase two tickets, two hot dogs and two sodas for only $22. 2-for-$22 packages can be purchased at the Aces Ballpark Ticket Office or by calling 334-7000.

If the Aces win Wednesday night, fans will receive a $4 discount off any ticket for Aces WINSdays. The ticket discount is good for any 2012 home regular season game, with the exception of July 3, and must be redeemed by May 4.

The first series wraps up with the second Coors Light Thirsty Thursday™ of the season. Fans can enjoy $2 beer specials through the middle of the fifth inning.

Friday’s game against Tacoma will include Saint Mary’s Fireworks Friday, with fireworks immediately following the game. The Aces will also host Girl’s Night Out presented by Reno News & Review. Females are invited to purchase a $28 ticket that includes an Infield Premium or Sports Bar ticket, a commemorative wine glass and participation in a pre-game wine tasting. Girl’s Night Out tickets can be purchased online by visiting RenoAces.com/special and using the special code “ladies”.

In addition to being televised on my21 TV, Saturday’s game will feature the Dillard’s Batting Practice Jersey Giveaway.  Saturday will also mark the Cinco De Mayo Celebration presented by Reno News and Review. A special $20 ticket includes a ticket to the exclusive Sports Bar Overlook, a margarita and a taco plate from Arroyo Mexican Grill. Fans can purchase the Cinco De Mayo ticket online using the special code “cinco”.

Sunday’s game will be highlighted by the Renown Children’s Hospital Family Funday. Fans can play baseball bingo for the opportunity to win an autograph mini bat, and one lucky fan will win a game-worn jersey just by participating. As part of the second Youth League Day, there will be an on-field parade for participating youth baseball and softball clubs before the game.  Fans are asked to bring new or gently used baseball gloves to the game to donate to Reno and Carson City Challengers. Kids will be invited to come onto the field to run the bases after the games on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

The homestand will wrap up with another Om-Nom-Nomday presented by KTVN Channel 2 News. Fans will be treated to $1 nachos at this game.
