Reno, NV (KRNV & MyNews4.com)-- Nevada DT Brett Roy and RB Lampford Mark have been nominated for Performances of the Year. Roy is nominated for Defensive Performance of the Year for his amazing game against Boise State. Roy tallied up 9 tackles (6 solo) and a sack with a loss of two yards.
Lampford Mark is nominated for Marines Running Back Performance of the Year for his big game against Southern Miss in the Sheraton Hawaii Bowl. Mark had 29 carries, rushed for 183 yards and had two touchdowns. The winner will be announced during the All-Star Football Challenge special, airing Super Bowl Sunday at 1 p.m. PT on ESPN2. Voting ends Sunday, January 22nd.
