LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Talk about an assist. FOX5 has learned Las Vegas Wranglers head coach/general manager Ryan Mougenel was among a group of people who pulled a 60-year-old man from Boston Harbor Thursday.

According to the Boston Herald, it happened near Commercial Wharf at Columbus Park.

The Good Samaritans saw the man floating in the harbor and jumped in to pull him out before EMS workers arrived.

The man was taken to a local hospital where his condition is unknown. It's still not clear how the man ended up in the harbor.

Mougenel is a native of Ontario, Canada who played pro hockey for several years as a forward before taking over the head coach/GM position with the Wranglers in 2009.
